Welcome to Dazz ("we," "our," "us," or "the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dazz mobile application and related services ("Services"). By downloading, registering, or using Dazz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.


1. Definitions

1.1 "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Dazz App.
1.2 "Content" refers to all videos, photos, text, audio, and other materials shared within the App.
1.3 "UGC (User-Generated Content)" refers specifically to content created, uploaded, or transmitted by users.
1.4 "Services" means all functions provided by Dazz, including but not limited to video chat, messaging, live interactions, and personalized recommendations.
1.5 "Account" refers to a registered user profile required to access or use certain features of the App.


2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating an account or using Dazz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2.2 You represent that you are at least 18 years old, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
2.3 These Terms apply to all users of the App worldwide. Local variations may apply to comply with regional regulations.
2.4 If you do not agree to these Terms or any future modifications, you must stop using the App immediately.


3. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account using a valid email address or supported third-party login (e.g., Apple, Google). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Dazz is intended for users 18 years and older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who fail to meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at service@dazz.style.

3.5 Multiple Accounts:
Creating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes, including evading bans or manipulating content visibility, is prohibited.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

However, by submitting UGC to Dazz, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, display, and publish your content within the App and associated services.

6.2 Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for your UGC, including its legality, accuracy, and compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the App for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.

7.4 Feedback:
If you submit feedback or suggestions regarding Dazz, we may freely use them without obligation or compensation.

7.5 Third-Party Rights:
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your copyright or trademark has been infringed, please contact service@dazz.style with detailed evidence.


8. Purchases, Virtual Gifts, and Payments

8.1 In-App Purchases:
Dazz may offer virtual goods, coins, or premium features purchasable via app store billing systems. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

8.2 Virtual Items:
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They exist solely within the Dazz ecosystem.

8.3 Transaction Security:
All payments are processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). Dazz does not store payment card details.

8.4 Chargebacks and Fraud:
Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchases.


9. Content Moderation and Compliance

9.1 Monitoring:
We use automated tools and human moderators to detect prohibited or harmful content.

9.2 Community Guidelines:
Users must adhere to Dazz's community rules promoting respect, authenticity, and safety.

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts involved in:

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User:
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion is permanent and will result in loss of data and in-app items.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that content uploaded by users is accurate, complete, or reliable.

Dazz does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, including viruses or malware.

We disclaim responsibility for any third-party content or communications accessed via the App.

12.5 No Professional Advice:
Any advice or guidance provided through the App (e.g., social, entertainment, or content suggestions) does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dazz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

13.2 Direct Damages:
Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you have paid for in-app purchases during the preceding 12 months, if any.

13.3 No Liability for User Conduct:
We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or misconduct of other users.

13.4 Technical Failures:
We are not liable for loss of data, account content, or service interruptions caused by technical failures, network issues, or unauthorized access.

13.5 Jurisdictional Limits:
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability; where prohibited, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


14. Indemnification

14.1 User Agreement to Indemnify:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dazz, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dazz operates, except where local mandatory laws provide otherwise.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Dazz shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Dazz operates, unless local laws require a different venue.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Failure by Dazz to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitation, indemnification, UGC, and account termination survive the expiration or termination of your account.


17. Entire Agreement

17.1 Complete Agreement:
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Dazz, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dazz regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.

17.2 Language:
This Agreement is written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience, but in case of conflict, the English version prevails.

17.3 Amendments:
Dazz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App or via other reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
